Joseph R. Weston

Joseph Weston has been in practice for over 20 years, with an emphasis on personal injury and commercial cases and trials. He received his B.A. degree cum laude from Temple University in 1983, and was graduated from Rutgers University School of Law in 1986. Joe has successfully handled hundreds of cases and has tried over 150 jury trials to verdict in the State and Federal Courts of South Carolina. He has been a frequent lecturer on personal injury topics, and co-authored An Analysis of Current Theories of Liability, published by the South Carolina Law Review (1994). Joe is certified to serve as an arbitrator in South Carolina.
